Return/Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Due to the unique nature of handmade items, slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural and do not constitute a defect.

Returns Due to Damage
If your product arrives damaged or defective, or if there was an error in your order, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

Conditions:

Report Timeframe: All issues must be reported within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the product.

How to Report: Email us at edie@ediemaker.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or error. We will evaluate your case within 48 hours.

Approval Required: All returns and refunds are subject to approval after we review your claim.

We cover the cost of return shipping if:

The product arrived damaged or defective.

You received the wrong product.

The product does not match the description or photo shown in our store.

In these cases, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. You only need to pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated parcel service—or schedule a pickup, depending on the carrier.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued after approval and will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected.

Personalized Products
All personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.

The only exception is if the item arrives damaged or defective in which case it must be reported within 72 hours.

Exclusions:
Returns based on personal preferences (such as color, size perception, or slight handmade variations) are not accepted.

Returns submitted without approval or outside the 72-hour window will not be processed.

Legal Notice
This return policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under German law. Please note, however, that the right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, in accordance with § 312g (2) BGB.
